Meanwhile, you’ve got these city SCHEMERS, these suburban copycats….OTP……building their little “luxury mixed-use developments” stealing our flavor, stealing our name, stealing our identity. They don’t build culture. They copy it. Badly.

And what happened? Urban sprawl. Traffic everywhere. Neighborhoods divided. A city with one of the strongest identities in America taken advantage of by transplants, suburbanites, outsiders. People who have NO respect for Atlanta.

If we don’t fix it. If we don’t act FAST! By 2032, Atlanta starts looking like the Gary, Indiana of the South. That’s where we’re headed.

We are NOT letting that happen.

For too long Cobb County, Forsyth, Gwinnett, North Fulton - they’ve been riding our name. Building their little micro-cities, taking our clout, giving NOTHING back.

And it all started with the Braves. They left the heart of the city… and ran off to a stale corporate parking lot in Vinings.

Our highways are clogged up every day by people who don’t even live here. Just passing through. Using the city like it’s some kind of shortcut.

OUR CITY IS NOT YOUR HIGHWAY.
This is OUR HOME!
We live here. We build here. We die here!

So we’re gonna tax you. Straight up. You wanna drive through Atlanta like it’s nothing? Nah.

Pay up or stay out!

This is our perimeter. All that lies within the circle is Atlanta and always will be. Decatur IS Atlanta. And all that lies outside our circle will be CUT OFF. Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, etc - these communities will be left to defend themselves. They will no longer be given our guarantee.

Atlanta will grow into a Megalopolis of prosperity. We will incentive business to stay here, and to hire locals only. All opportunity in North Georgia will flow through our city. And we’ll give Cobb County the crumbs.

And look at downtown today. What used to be electric, alive, unstoppable, is now empty. Dead, except on game days. And then who shows up?

OTP flooding in. Using our resources. Taking advantage.

Atlanta is NOT for rent.

We will stay true to our flag: rising from the ashes. Atlanta did it once after the Civil War. And we’re doing it again. Rising from the ashes of corporate perversion, fake culture, and watered-down identity.

For decades Atlanta didn’t just make music, we OWNED music. Changed it. Defined it. Everybody copied us. Everybody still does.

We’re bringing back our swagger. We’re brining back our edge. That raw Atlanta energy they’ve been trying to sell back to us as a cheap imitation of our genius.
